5. Billing & Subscription

5.1 Subscription Plans

Monthly / annual plans are offered in-app, with actual prices per App Store / Google Play.

5.2 Auto-renewal

Subscriptions auto-renew within 24 hours before expiration unless canceled at least 24 hours before. Cancel via your App Store / Google Play account settings.

5.3 Refund Policy

Violators may have accounts suspended or terminated, and the Company reserves the right to legal recourse.

7. Intellectual Property

All service content (including but not limited to text, images, AI interpretation templates, tarot card designs, astrology algorithms, UI design, code, trademarks) belongs to the Company or its partners and is protected by copyright and related laws.

7.2 Your Content

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are interpreted and applied under the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).

For disputes arising from these Terms, both parties shall first negotiate in good faith. If negotiation fails, both parties agree to the Taiwan Taipei District Court as the court of first instance jurisdiction.
